How Far in Advance Should I Book a Charter Bus?

We recommend booking two to four weeks ahead for most group trips.

For peak seasons, including spring sports tournaments, prom season, and holidays, booking six to eight weeks in advance is ideal.

How Many Hours Do I Have to Book?

All reservations have a three-hour minimum. You're not required to use the full time, but that is the minimum billed.

For certain events such as proms, a five-hour minimum applies.

What If Our Trip Runs Longer Than Planned?

Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments. If your game goes into overtime or your event runs late, we're flexible. Just communicate with your chauffeur about changes to your schedule.

Are Your Charter Buses Equipped With Restrooms?
