Yes, we charge a minimum of 3 hours for each reservation. You are not required to use the full allotted time, however, that is the minimum billed to you. Some special events, including proms, require at least 5 hours.

Rates quoted prior to service are only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved and information provided at the time your reservation was made. Our billing is based on actual time used, any overages are billed in 15 minute increments.  Additional charges can result from: additional stops waiting time extending the duration of your charter There may also be an added Clean Up Fee for any excess trash or sickness left in the vehicle.  Incidentals may also be added. These includes, but are not limited to: chauffeur hotel accommodations/meals greeter fee parking port fee special requests tolls

Absolutely! Our customers are always welcome to come by the office during normal business hours! We love showing off our fleet, but ask that you make an appointment ahead of time so we can plan accordingly for your visit.  This does ensure that the vehicle that you are hoping to get a tour of will be in our garage at the time you do arrive.  Please call our Reservation Department for more details (903) 505-9800.
